No! Well not really, but almost… Actually, it is quite possible that we do a bit of SIDECOUNTRY SKIING. It’s the mix of a classic freeride / off-piste skiing day with one or more short walks or skinning from the top of the lifts. The objective is to reach as short as possible slopes that are powdery and untracked even when it hasn’t snowed for a long time. The emphasis is on the pleasure of the descent rather than the effort on the ascent.
